As the gravity of “rightness” fades in the modern age, we drift freely Like struggling slowly through water against resistance, or wandering in that moment before waking from a dream, unsure of where we are there is both comfort and constraint in drifting Given endless choices, we search for the correct answer and become averaged out in the process What should we rely on, what should we seek, and where should we go? To contemplate “Tayutau” (Drifting in uncertainty).

About

The UTokyo iii Exhibition is an exhibition exploring the fusion of technology and art. Supervised by faculty in the field of information and media art, the exhibition is planned, produced, and operated primarily by students of the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies at the University of Tokyo, along with students from a diverse range of disciplines.

Registration is required for entry. Walk-in registration is available on the day, but pre-registration is recommended as crowds are expected.
